"Truly A GREAT Event
We selected The Events Team to run our Team Building activity in Hong Kong this year, and what a right decision it was!
We are a management group comprising of very competitive, innovative and driven executives and therefore any Team Building activity was going to be a challenge to manage and deliver against the activity objectives. The Events Team proposed the Amazing Team Race activity and broke the group into three teams and sent us off into Hong Kong! This may sound somewhat ludicrous, but due to the preparation work the Events Team had undertaken the whole exercise was very well coordinated and yet the event remained stimulating and exciting.
The event finished at dinner that evening and was a resounding success. Not only had the team bonded better, each person had learned something new about their colleagues and was able to recognise how this played a part in the way that they worked. The Events Team had skilfully integrated the key messages and learnings that we the group to take away from the exercise.
